On Valentine's Day, more than 800 students from Mbwana Comprehensive School received their new school uniforms! What a special moment for these children. Thanks to the generous donation from the AFAS Foundation, we were able to provide these beautiful uniforms to the students, which means so much to them and their families.
For the parents and caregivers, it’s a huge relief, as the cost of school uniforms can sometimes be very high. Now, they no longer have to worry about this. The students of Mbwana will all now attend school in the same uniform, which promotes equality. No one feels different, and this strengthens the sense of community and togetherness.
This donation is not just about a new uniform, but also a step toward a better future for the children of Mbwana. It helps them feel proud and equal, which is very important for their confidence and development.
