This week, we shine a light on Kennedy. He is a 22-year-old young man from Kiwandani village in Kilifi County. Kennedy is strong and never gives up, even when life is hard.
Kennedy lost his mother when he was still young. His family didn’t have much money, and school was difficult. But with help from the Learn! Foundation, Kennedy got support through the Lamento program. This changed his life.
Now, Kennedy is studying to become a plumber. He will finish his course in July 2025. With his skills, he can find a job or start his own business. He wants to help and make his family proud.
Kennedy’s story shows us: with a little support and a lot of strength, dreams can come true. We are proud of him and excited for his future.
