But the prevailing feeling was the joy that their child, grandchild, or foster child is among the lucky ones to receive a scholarship. In the photos, you can see the parents, each sharing their story. Some couldn’t stop and kept talking about what their lives are like. Truly very moving.
And naturally, we supported these people wherever possible.
This meeting was one of the highlights of our chairperson’s project visit.
