At Sokoni Vocational Training Centre in Kilifi, not only are technical trades taught, but also the valuable professions of tailor and hairdresser. Unfortunately, there is currently a lack of sufficient learning materials for these courses. Students have to "fight" for a pair of scissors, let alone a sewing machine, and the necessary tools for learning the hairdressing trade are completely inadequate.

We need at least €1,000 per course to purchase the right materials essential for a successful learning experience. This amount will go towards high-quality scissors, sewing machines, hairdressing tools, and other necessities.
