In 2017 I learned the Learn! Foundation through the Vastenactie project of the Saint Christoffel Parish in Southwest Friesland, Netherlands.
In February 2018 I went to Kenya with a group of donors to visit the projects of the Learn!Foundation and I was able to see with my own eyes what is being done with the money.
After having worked in primary education for 25 years, I know how important good education is for children! The children in Kenya can, with the help of the Learn! Foundation, go to school and in this way get a chance for a better future for themselves, their community / homestead and their country.
As of June 1, 2018 I am treasurer of the Learn!Foundation and I try to contribute in that way.
